The diverse nature of peptide drug discovery projects is supported by a large variety of assay systems to deduce biomedical insights. We have experience with a broad spectrum of both biochemical and functional cell-based assays including ELISA, TrFRET, FP, electrochemiluminescence, enzymatic assays, BIAcore, cellular adhesion, calcium influx, and enzyme release assays as well as FACS analysis. New technologies and assays can quickly be adopted to support new projects to further improve accuracy, predictivity, throughput, and cost structures. 3BP runs a sophisticated ActivityBase™data management system for the proper handling of large volume research data.
