Purification ligands

In previous projects, our team developed affinity purification ligands for therapeutic proteins which are otherwise hard to purify. Not only was the yield superior to conventional column chromatography, but our peptide ligands were able to discriminate between biologically active and inactive forms of the protein and reduced the total number of purification steps. Furthermore, our designer ligands are optimized to tolerate harsher chemical column treatment procedures and are therefore preferable to e.g. antibody columns.
